Work with LeftLingo

Help build the stories people actually finish.

LeftLingo is a reading habit that happens to teach a language — original short stories and articles, written at two levels, in English, Italian, Spanish, French and German, with the translation one tap away and the story read aloud.

We're a small team, and the parts that make it good — accurate translations, well-made stories, a classroom that wants to use it — mostly come from people, not software. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.

Ways to work with us.

Translators

Italian · Spanish · French · German

Help us get every translation right. If you translate professionally between English and Italian, Spanish, French or German, you'd be the one reading each story closely enough to catch what's almost right and isn't.

Authors

English · two reading levels

The stories start in English, at two reading levels, before they go anywhere else. If you write or edit short fiction or features and can hold a level without it reading like it's been dumbed down, let's talk about how we can work together.
